What does True Blue Mean?
True Blue means a dedication to the values that create a positive living and learning environment at the University of Oregon. It means a commitment to providing campus services that make life easier for students. It means advocating for our educational rights, such as lower tuition and increased academic services, at the local, state and federal level. True Blue means something different to everyone. True Blue is not a person or a point; it is a statement of core values that our student government must believe in to improve the student experience and enhance the cultural and physical development of our campus.
About True Blue
The True Blue Student Coalition is a group of students committed to improving campus life in an effective and responsible manner. We will take a stand on behalf of higher education to ensure that attending the University of Oregon is economically viable. We will engage in responsible planning so that the changes we make on campus will be successful and feasible for the foreseeable future. We will seek to unite campus by reaching out to satellite campuses and student groups that have been previously left out of ASUO policies. We will also seek equitable services that assist all students in countless ways. True Blue is here to serve you and bring the student body in on the process of student government.
